Well, Friday is here once again. Another busy week of life, but an enjoyable one. I'm in my 6th full week of work and loving every minute of it. It's not too often that you get a job that you absolutely love and get paid well for doing. On another note, I'm in my 4th week of an exercise program w/
Lp. It's been awesome so far and I can definately tell a difference in how I feel and look. My goal is to drop 100 pounds in the next year. Yes, you heard right...100 pounds. That's 8.3 a month, 1.923 a week, .274 a day, .011 a hour, or a tiny little amount every second. To do it, I'm cutting out all fastfood (except Subway), limiting my intake of Diet Coke, keeping on this exercise/weights program and eating the best I possibly can. After Bekah and I have now had Isaiah for almost 11 months, I realize how precious life is, and that I want to be around as long as possible to be with my wife and to see my son grows up. My fear is that if I continued down that path I was going, I would be around till I was about 60, and that wasn't going to cut it. So, here I am now with a fresh outlook on life and thankful for all the blessings that God has given me in these past 2 months.
